Acycle v3.0 is now available
Acycle v3.0 is a major upgrade from v2.8. The release introduces a completely rebuilt code-based graphical interface that is easier for AI-assisted tools to inspect and invoke directly, COCO 2.0 with substantially enhanced COCO/eCOCO workflows, new statistical-analysis tools, improved EEMD/EMD output, native macOS shortcuts, and numerous corrections to recurrence, spectral, and wavelet analyses.
Important: The standalone edition of Acycle v3.0 requires MATLAB Runtime R2026a and is not compatible with MATLAB Runtime R2020b. Please install MATLAB Runtime R2026a before launching Acycle v3.0.
